Sapha reserves the right to use commissioned art as portfolio pieces. The base agreement includes the right to display/exhibit the specific artwork purchased on a non-commercial basis. The rights to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the art can be granted by paying for exclusive rights and commercial purpose (like printing & merchandising), add 45% to the base price.

For bundles, start with one commission and discuss with Sapha as to the scope of the larger project. If we work together well, I’ll make the first commission the deposit toward bundled art. Quotes will be given after the nature of the project is known.

Turn around is generally 1 - 3 weeks for a single page, 5 - 7 days for a single figure line art.
